  Do you need a loan ? How bout a Refinance before rates rise.. want someone to work for and with you and give your options weight . Try Alex . Here's his card . I'm a BofA guy but his honesty and straight forward approach got me to commit . Try em see what he can do for you. I figured now I'll edit in this as well since I'm through this part and will edit as I finish my loan. I got a really good on top of things client care specialist. The closing team that I had was awesome in performance . Rules and regulations are followed but time and patience assures that quality and performance will be first class . To the Quicken loans group I give an a plus first class performance .

  Reel 'em in! Give them a piss poor appraisal that they will not contest, even though the ADDRESS was wrong and sell (or attempt to) them something that they (the consumer) doesn't want. Make them do the legwork for something they've already paid for. Etc, Etc. Go in with eyes wide open, but be prepared to pull out quick when you start seeing red flags. Consider your $500 appraisal fee a costly lesson and move on.
