- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been waiting a week for a certified and tracked letter only to find out the postal carrier lied and said there was a lock on our mailbox! Our mailbox is a slot in the door that has no lock! At this point I'm filing a complaint with whoever I can contact because this happens every time I have "certified mail"! Our regular mail gets delivered at different times everyday. I hate visiting this location because the line is always long! I always go to a different location in the suburbs because they give me prompt and friendly service.By Dianell Hamilton, June 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This has to be the worst post office ever in my life, the workers inside have no customer service skills, they are very rude and lazy, also they open up late and close early compared to other offices, I guess it's because they mess up so often, the only good thing is my mail lady she be on her stuff, but don't let her take a vacation because with the sub mail carrier they may not deliver your mail. Basically they need to retrain everyone on how to deal with customers even the managers are horrible.By Bianca Stewart, March 03, 2017
